Notes: Following renewed interest in the band courtesy of "Bohemian Rhapsody" appearing in the "Wayne's World" movie in 1991, Hollywood Records came up with an odd hybrid of US radio hits, singles and fan favourites for the North American market titled "Classic Queen" -- with a design strikingly similar to the "Greatest Hits II" compilation the rest of the world had seen a few months earlier.

"Classic Queen", in turn, would be succeeded by yet another compilation (again for the North American market) called, confusingly enough, "Greatest Hits".

Making things even more interesting, the "original" EMI "Greatest Hits" collections would later be re-Date of released as the double-package Greatest Hits I + II in 1994 -- including in North America. Rating: 4.8
