Notes: Joel's second "greatest hits" compilation, which compiled the majority of Joel's most popular songs from 1989-1993, as well as two popular singles from 1983 which were left off of Greatest Hits Volume I & Volume II. Three new songs were recorded for this album: "To Make You Feel My Love", "Hey Girl", and "Light as the Breeze", which was included on Various - Tower Of Song (The Songs Of Leonard Cohen).
